Focusing on children from immigrant families, who represent one of the largest and fastest-growing racial and ethnic minority populations in the United States, the project aims to mentor and inspire them to consider careers in dentistry and healthcare. \n\nOral Health Programs, a non-profit organization, is dedicated to enhancing access to oral health services and promoting their utilization through education, research, and advocacy. Our mission is centered on ensuring that dental care is not only accessible but also sustainable for vulnerable communities. We strive to empower these communities with the knowledge and resources they need. Collaborating with partners, we focus on fortifying the delivery of oral health services and establishing systems that provide quality dental care. Our unique approach involves building partnerships and utilizing community structures to amplify the voice for dental care within our \ntarget populations.\n\n Our organization is proud to announce a partnership with the Catherine McAuley Foundation in Iowa. Together, we are providing a career mentoring to 25 middle and high school students over an 8-week period, with weekly sessions lasting 2 hours each. Our Oral Health Program has developed a comprehensive training manual for facilitating these sessions. Robust assessment tools are  integrated to monitor student progress and gauge program efficacy, with continuous evaluation and feedback mechanisms in place to facilitate ongoing refinement and
